Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to offer our products and services online.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of the service or website without written permission from us.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place. These limitations may apply per person, household, or order. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information. You are responsible for updating this information so we can complete your orders and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND GUARANTEES
We ship reptiles and amphibians via FedEx Priority Overnight and invertebrates and spiders via FedEx 2-Day. Dry goods and merchandise may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Merchandise is fulfilled by third-party partners and may ship separately from other items in your order.
We aim to ship each Tuesday for Thursday arrival, weather permitting. Orders must be placed by Monday night for Tuesday shipment.
Live arrival is only guaranteed on orders held for pickup at your nearest FedEx hub. We do not guarantee live arrival for home delivery. In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within one hour of the FedEx pickup timestamp and provide clear photo or video evidence. Approved DOAs will receive a free replacement, but shipping must be covered by the customer.
If your animal passes within 72 hours of FedEx hub pickup, and you provide photo or video evidence, we will send a free replacement. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This 72-hour health guarantee does not apply to home deliveries.
Some animals, especially wild-caught species, may arrive gravid. We do not guarantee otherwise.
Damaged enclosures or dry goods may be replaced if you provide proof of damage. Customer pays for shipping on replacements.
Orders may be split into multiple shipments and may come from different locations depending on item availability.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites and are not liable for any transactions you make with third parties.
SECTION 9 – USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit content to us, including ideas, reviews, or creative suggestions, you agree that we may use, copy, edit, publish, or distribute such content without restriction. We are not obligated to maintain submissions in confidence or compensate for them.
